4/6 large yellow peaches
2 baskets of fresh strawberries
a dozen soft amaretti di Saronno
2 glasses of wine recommended
icing sugar and butter to taste
Recommended wine: Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry
Wash the peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits and filaments around the stones, put a knob of butter in the center hole and pass them quickly in the oven at 150 C degrees for five / six minutes just to soften them. Chop the amaretti and put them in a bowl; pour all over the wine and let it sit while peaches are cooked from the oven. Wash the strawberries gently and then cut them into small pieces. Combine the chopped strawberry amaretto wine and form a homogeneous mixture, stirring well. Fill with teaspoons compound peaches in the meantime they have cooled to room temperature and serve the powdered sugar.
