- 400 g of pasta Trofie o Garganelli
- 2 thick slices of speck (smoked ham tipical from South Tyrol)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 white onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper q.b.
Suggested wine: Drusian Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Dry Millesimato
While boiling the water for the pasta, let’s prepare the sauce. In a pan, gently fry the onion with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. When it is browned, add the zucchini cut into thin slices and when cooked, add the speck, also cut into thin strips. Add salt and pepper as much as you like. When the water is boiling, add the salt in and cook the pasta. Once cooked, stir well the pasta in the sauce, add parsley and parmesan cheese as you like. Enjoy your meal!
