2/3 soft tomini cheese medium aged at room temperature
2/3 pretty ripe pears
1 or 2 handful of fresh or frozen green beans
1 glass of fresh cream
1 cup mayonnaise ready
Recommended wine: Rosé Sparkling Rose Mari
Wash pears, peel them, eliminate the seeds and cut into thin slices. Slice the tomini cheese after having scratched off the light crust and place in a large bowl with the sliced pears. Add the cream and mayonnaise and mix well until mixture is smooth. Meanwhile steam the beans, drain and cut into small pieces. Serve the mixture of tomini chesse and pears in fruit salad bowls and garnish the surface with bits of cooked green beans.
