6/24 sardines clean and well boned
40 g of grated Grana Padano
40 g of breadcrumbs
1 red pepper, 1 green and 1 yellow
30 g of chopped pine nuts
1 bunch of parsley
extra virgin Tuscan olive oil and salt q.b.
balsamic vinegar (if you like) q.b.
Rosé Sparkling Rose Mari
Place the sardines open in a baking dish greased very well with the oil. Place in the oven hot peppers before, hulled, washed and seeded and cut into slices interior. Remove the outer skin of the peppers. Cut the red pepper into small cubes and let others into slices. Keep them warm. Mix in a bowl with the breadcrumbs, Grana Padano, parsley and a little oil. Sprinkle the sardines with the mixture thus obtained and season with a little oil. Switch the baking dish in the oven at 200 degrees and cook for about ten minutes. After the first five minutes dusting sardines with chopped pine nuts and finish cooking. Compose each dish with some sardines and, sunburst, with green and red peppers. Garnish with diced red pepper. If desired, sprinkle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
