Valdobbiadene Prosecco D.O.C.G. Tranquillo
A mellow slightly sparkling white wine, made from Glera grapes, specifically selected and grown on hilly terrain in soil consisting of a mixture of clay and limestone, called “Salìs” in the local dialect. Its absorbing bouquet is full of subtle undertones; pleasantly fruity and floral, suggesting Golden Delicious apples, wisteria in full bloom and acacia.
Its crisp, full flavour is best appreciated with white meat or fish, especially shellfish.
