Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Dry Millesimato
White sparkling wine made from selected Glera grapes grown on hilly terrain, characterised by an unmistakable style and perfect balance. After a meticulous vinification, the fermentation takes place with the Charmat method, in purity and in full respect of the year of production. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage, which enhances the soft and youthful fragrance. Its elegant bouquet ranges from fruity (Golden apple, Williams pear, white peach and hints of citrus) to floral (blossoming wisteria and acacia). It is mellow and velvety on the palate, but at the same time dry, due to its well-balanced acidity. The surprisingly full and lingering flavour makes this wine suitable for all occasions.
