Prosecco D.O.C. TV Glam
Sparkling white wine made from Glera grapes and fermented in tanks according to the Charmat method. Characterised by a brilliant color, it has a fragrant bouquet, in which pleasant notes of apple and pear emerge. The freshness and fragrance of this sparkling wine make it ideal for all occasions, especially the glamorous ones, as the name reminds itself.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish hints.
Area of production: Prosecco DOC Treviso area.
Soil: clay and limestone.
Climate: Mediterranean, cool.
Maturation: from second half of September.
Vinification: white. Light pressing. Yield 70%.
Fermentation: Charmat method (tank fermentation).
Serving temperature: 6-8°C / 43-46°F.
Acidity: 5,5 – 6 g/l
Sulphur dioxide: 80 – 95 mg/l
Free Sulphur dioxide: 10 – 20 mg/l
Alcohol level: 11% vol.
Sugar: 14 – 17 g/l
Pressure: 4,5 – 5 atm.
