Grapes: 100% Glera marc.
Production zone: Valdobbiadene DOCG area, Cartizze “cru”.
Production method: Copper alembic, with discontinuous direct steam and low-pressure cycle.
Alcohol level: 41% vol.
Storage and service: Bottles should be stored in a cool and dry place away from light and heat. We suggest to serve our Grappa at a temperature of 10-14 ° C / 50-57 ° F.
Appearance: Clear colour.
Nose: Delicate floral bouquet.
Palate: Pleasant and aromatic at the palate, with a long finish.
