4/6 servings of frozen yogurt
4/6 midsize kiwi smoothies and 2 will be set aside for composing the cups
1 untreated lemon
6/8 tablespoons sugar

Wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze. Peel 4/6 kiwi and cut into small pieces, then put them in the blender by combining even the sugar and the lemon juice. Blend until you will have formed a smooth sauce. Meanwhile, peel the kiwi remained aside and cut them into small pieces.
