1 fresh pineapple
1 dove pastry from 750 g
3 glasses of recommended wine
Recommended wine: Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry
Cut the pineapple in horizontal slices and place in a large shallow dish and sprinkle with the wine. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let rest in the pineapple wine for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Then cut the pineapple into slices. Prepare the individual plates by placing a slice of Dove near the pineapple slice spraying with the wine used to flavor the fruit.
