General characteristics:
A mellow slightly sparkling wine, made from the Prosecco grape, specifically selected and grown on hilly terrain in soil consisting of a mixture of clay and limestone. Its absorbing bouquet is full of sutle undertones; pleasantly fruity and floral , suggesting golden delicious apples, wisteria in full bloom and acacia. Its crisp, full flavour is best appreciated with white meat or fish, especially shellfish.
