A mellow slightly sparkling wine made from the vinification of grapes grown exclusively in a tightly restricted zone of Valdobbiadene called Cornolé.nThis wine is produced by concentrating the must at a cold temperature achieving a higher alcoholic strength, good structure and a very persistent, fruity aroma. nAbout 3500 bottles are produced per year.nIts characteristically crisp and full flavour best complements white meat and fish, particularly shellfish.
