Color: pale straw with hints of green
Varietal: Glera
Method: Charmat method (tank fermentation)
Preservation: store below 15°C. To be consumed preferably within one year of production.
General characteristics:
White sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape grown on hilly terrain and fermented in tanks according to the Charmat method.
The slow process of fermentation at a low temperature (15˚C -16˚ C) brings out the characteristics of this grape in producing a fine and persistent bead and a colour of brilliant straw yellow with hints of green.
Its bouquet demonstrates a wide range of fruity fragrances including hints of green apple, citrus fruits and fresh vegetables accompanied by a pleasing note of bread.
The harmonious and lively freshness results in a crisp and dry finish on the palate.
This well balanced wine is perfect as an aperitif or with fish, or indeed as is the local custom, with most dishes.
Serving temperature: 6° - 8° C
