General characteristics:
Sparkling white wine made from the Prosecco grape variety produced in the tiny zone of Cartizze, which is an area of only approximately 110 hectares. The morphological characteristics of this hill zone, its unique microclimate and exposure to sunlight combine together to produce a wine of rare and elegant structure, its noble and harmonious sophistication resulting from the careful attention paid to fermentation using the charmat method. An ideal dessert wine although well appreciated on any occasion.
